Sr. Manager (Production):
Should be B.E. (Mech.).
Should have at least 10 years work experience in production and assembly of light and heavy duty vehicles.
Age limit: upto 40 years.
Sr. Manager (Quality Control):
Should be B.E. (Mech. / Ind. Engg).
Should have at least 10 years work experience in similar capacity in engineering or automobile industry.
Age limit: upto 40 years.
Executive (Industrial Relations):
Should be Graduate.
Should have at least 5 years work experience in similar capacity with reputable organization. Must have experience of dealing with CBA, Government Departments and fully conversant with labour laws.
Age limit: 30 years.
